Guy vs Girl

I went to Port Dickson with my family last weekend for holidays since mum managed to book free apartments. From the outside, the apartment looks like this...



But the interior was still tolerable. Hope that the apartment in Cameron will be better. Haha.

Anyway, I realised that guys and girls enjoyed their holiday in different ways. These are what I've observed during my 2 days 1 night trip in Pork Dickson.

1. At the beach.

Guy

Do you notice a head in the middle of the sea? Don't worry, that is Kitt-y's head. Haha. No, he is not short but he went quite far from the beach. When I took the picture, I was shocked too. Looks a bit eerie but then the real situation, it's not that scary. Anyway, when guys went for holidays, they will do whatever activity that is available at the destination. In this case, Kitt-y went for a swim on the sea. He "walked" around the sea for a few rounds before returning to the beach, without sun block lotion and whatever protection on the skin.

Girl

Same photo doesn't mean I'm doing the same thing. I post up the same photo because I took this photo which means I'm not fully wet. I have my shirt and short pants on without any swimming suit/bikini underneath it. This is because I have no intention on getting wet. The beach looks quite dirty because it's brownish in colour. I know it's normal in Malaysia but then I prefer to swim and play only at the beach with white sands. Haha. White = clean. Hence, I just walked around the beach and took some random photos of the beach and my relatives. Hehe. Furthermore, I don't want to further spoil my grass hair with the sea water. It's already quite dry. And I didn't bring sun block lotion along for the trip. I rather stay dry. Furthest I will go is where the water level reaches my knees. Haha. At the same time, yell towards the bf to be careful and don't go so far and be careful and don't go so far and be careful and don't go so far... Haha.

They are willing to catch scary looking animals along the beach.

They are willing to stand quite far from the scary looking animals and zoom on it to take a photo of it for the first time. After observing the animal's behaviour and realised that it won't bite her head off, she moved closer to the animal and started to poke it with one finger. Haha.

A female crab that Kitt-y caught along the beach. We knew it's female because there were eggs on her body. Should be eggs right? Cannot be shit or anything yucky right?

Talking about shit, I thought these were shit when I saw then lying in the middle of the beach. I thought that a big fish poop. Well, I know it's dumb to think that way because the fish has to be really big in order to produce such a big poop. Haha. I heard those are sand(duh) dug out by some animals. How the sand turned into this shit-look-a-like shape, I have no idea. Hehe.

Are very adventerous and curious. Kitt-y found a dead crab. He claimed that the crab was already dead when he found it. He took the crab and placed it in front of the female crab he caught earlier. It must have scared the hell out of the female crab. Haha. Mean right?

Girl

Took more photo of the 2 crabs and keep on saying that it's very pitiful, very cruel bla bla bla bla.

2. Dinner

Kitt-y ate quite a lot during dinner time. Maybe he was really hungry from all the swimming activities. He ate like it was nobody's business. Just stuff his mouth and swallow. Stuff again and swallow again. Haha.

The end result. Bones were hide under the tissue. From the size, it is proven that he ate more stuff without bones/shell to ensure that he is full the whole night till the next morning.

Girl

Ate a lot during dinner too. But we diet before the holiday to ensure that we can eat a lot during the holiday itself. So that when we go back after the holiday, we will not be too fat and even if we gained weight, it will not be too hard to lose the weight we gained again. Girls pay more attention to food sessions. We have to watch what we eat and at the same time enjoy what we stuff into our mouth and also pray that our body will not grow wider sideways. Haha. Seafood is my favourite, especially crabs. So, less on other stomach filling food and save the stomach for the crabs. Which means I ate a lot of crab. Hence, more shells on my side of the table at the end of the meal.

When asked to take photograph.... wait. I'm not a big fan of taking photograph of myself. I love to take photograph of other people, scenary and objects. BUT NOT MYSELF. This photo was taken from William's blog. Okay, he didn't asked me to look at the camera, so I look at my own camera. Haha.

Okay. Those are most of the photos that I took during the trip. Seriously, I did not take much photos, especially food. Because I'm too busy stuffing myself with food and enjoying the holiday at the same time. One word: Lazy. Haha.

Good drinks and bad food in Puchong!

When Cass was here last week, we went to Sg Wang for shopping therapy. Haha. We walked the whole Sg Wang like 2 normal girls, browsing through racks and racks of clothes and trying out some of them. Purchased a few items that we like. At one point, we transformed into 2 aunties where we entered the Hot Market and spent nearly half an hour there just looking and ooh-ing and ahh-ing at the stuff on sale. The whole shop is on 50% sale. Haha. Being the aunty and kind of tired at looking at clothes, we went in and came out with 2 big plastic bags each. Hehe. I bought the shaver thing that was supposed to be meant for human hair, but I used it for Baby's fur. Hehe. We went to Kim Gary for food therapy where both of us ate till our stomach nearly burst. Haha. Do not under estimate the food portion in Kim Gary. It may looks small but then it's really filing. We looked like pregnant when we walked out of the restaurant that day. Haha.



After that, we went to Puchong. Cass wanted to meet up with his brother who was working at Puchong. We went to this cafe just opposite her brother's shop, called Tea Lover Cafe. According to the banner in front of the tea house, it was just opened end of last months.



Photo taken by Cass. That was me, refusing to look at the camera. Haha. Cause the main focus is on the environment of the cafe okay. It was quite comfortable. Suitable for those who would love to spend the day chatting (gossips) with friends and relax.



Notice what is wrong with Cass's drink? The straw is very short. She had a difficult time trying to eat the aloe vera. Haha.

The names of drinks in this cafe are really cute. There were Louis Koo and Lam Fung too. Me being a big fan of Lam Fung in the Moonlight Resonance drama series ordered Lam Fung, the drink. Haha. It was really food. I forgot to take photo of my drink though. There were jellies and chocolate chips in the drink as well. Yummy (and contributor to adipose tissue).


Inital plan was to have dinner with her bro but he had dinner earlier before we arrived. So we went to Shabu Shabu Restaurant nearby. I really wanted to try this place out. If it's really good, I will bring Kitt-y there. If it's bad, then that's it.





Moving food. Haha. It's like the Sushi King style only this time, most of the food that were on the belt are raw. Haha.

Okay, seriously..... I have been anticipated to have a meal in this restaurant for quite some time because I'm a big fan of steamboat and buffet. 2 in 1!!! But both of us came out of the restaurant with nothing but bigger belly because seriously, the food isn't really good. I prefer the one at Pulau Ketam Steamboat Restaurant or others where even though it's not buffet style, but it's way nicer than this one. Still in doubt if I should visit this place again. The prawns were not fresh. The beef slices were not even slices. Should call it beef chunks instead because it was really thick. The whole night, both of us had a lot of needle mushrooms, abalone mushrooms and pork slices. I think those are the only 3 food that can be considered okay in the whole buffet. Haiz, huge dissapointment for me :( the chicken slices and fishballs were at miserably small and depressing portion. Haha. It was a sad scenario.

That's all for the food and drinks in Puchong. I know Puchong have a lot of restaurants and some are really famous because of the good food they serve. Better luck for me next time. Hehe.


Ohhh and yeah. Rockxy gave birth to 4 puppies last week. 2 males and 2 females.

Ohhhh... all of them are really fat. They already have tummy. Awww... so cute.


And this... is JoJoe. Kitt-y's new dog. It's a he. He's extremely naughty and emo dog at the same time. This photo was taken in my car on the way home from vet. He thought I wanted to sell him off to some restaurant or to other people. Cause when Kitt-y get off my car, he started to scratch the window and the side of my car. And keep on whining or crying. Then he just laid on the seat and slept the whole journey to and from the vet. He didn't make a sound when Dr Ben vaccinate him. Most emo dog in the world. Hahahaha.

My last fishing trip :(

Went for fishing trip with Kitt-y and friends. And at the end of the day, mum told me not to follow Kitt-y for fishing anymore :( Well, let's start off with the happy day then only go to the sad part okay?


My place for the day. We changed fishing place because the owner decided to move to another area where there will be bigger ponds. Hence, he moved all the bigger fishes into this pond first. Hence, less big tree for shady hiding place for me :(



I hide under these bamboo trees instead. Wait, are these bamboo or something else? I have no idea. I classify all of these bamboo lookalike plants as bamboo. Haha. Never see such green colour bamboo.


Behind the pond were smaller man-made ponds. In one of the pond, there were a few tortoises.






No photos of fishes because THEY DID NOT CATCH ANY FISH!! We reached there around 9 in the morning. Somewhere around 2 or 3 pm, it started to drizzle. I packed my things and waited for them to go home. Then I was told by Kitt-y, "We are not leaving". OMG! How can? It's raining. Yeah, just a little but what if suddenly got thunderstorm and stuff like that? Dangerous neh? Luckily I drove my own car that day so I could go home myself. They stayed while me, Cass and RenYi went back to their Semenyih house. Hence, it was fishing (without fish) the morning session and internet at Semenyih the afternoon session. Haha.


Fast forward....

When I reached home, it was already 8 pm. I thought "Shit, mummy is going to kill me". But when I entered my house, the first thing she said was "Next time cannot follow Kitt go fishing anymore". I said "okay", then I rushed up. I thought she will give me a lecture but when I reached upstairs and waited at the top for a while, she didn't say anything else. I was thinking, THANK GOD!!! Okay. Supposed to be sad but then...

1. Realised that my skin is getting darker from fishing. :(
2. Realised that it's harder to get fishes each time. :(
3. You will get all sweaty and smelly. :( :(
4. When you don't get fishes, it's very super boring. :( :( :( :( :(

Conclusion: No more fishing to me. Haha.

But I still don't know the reason behind the no-fishing thinggy. I have no idea why cannot go for fishing. Cause of ghost? Water spirit? Water monster? Water soul? Offend pond god? Bad for health??? Haha. Tell me if you know. Please. I really need to know why.

Flinestone Era

Me and friends went to The Cave at SS2 the other day. I heard so much about this restaurant, so I'm very excited when I was told that we'll be going to for drinks. Haha. Happy happy! Due to excitement, I forgot to take a photo of the entrance and also surrounding of the restaurant.

Since it's a couple's restaurant, most of the room are for 2 person. Even the menu has food and beverages that are for couples. There were a few rooms that could fit 5 to 6 person. In each room, there are comfortable pillows where you could lean on to instead on the rough walls. According to Kitt-y, it's so comfortable that he felt like sleeping there. Haha.


All the walls of the restaurant are made of stones. You will have a feeling of being in the Flinestone movie. Haha.



In each room, there will be one hole that might be the speaker. Haha.


Since we went there after dinner, all of us ordered only drinks. Only Kitt-y and me shared this lamb chop. It was just average.


The atmosphere of the restaurant was really romantic even though we were sitting in the bigger room. CS and RY ordered a couple drink and .... their true love story blossomed from there. Haha. And they live happily ever after, forever and ever!!


On another day, I sent Cass to the old railway station to buy her bus ticket back to Penang. It's been a long time since I visited the railway station. The last time would be during form 1 or 2 where I would accompany my grandparents to Singapore by train. Back then, KL Central was not built yet.




I wonder what is the function of the old railway station now? According to Cass, she can buy her bus ticket back to Penang here and she will be boarding her bus there too. Other than that???? Any idea?? Anyone???

Second Holiday!!

Hello people. I'm back!! Miss me? Hehe. Actually I reached home on Wednesday night. Slept early that night and went out whole day on the following day with Cass and Kitt-y. Today is fishing day but end up with a nasty ending. Oh well....

Anyway, after my weekend visit to Penang with sis and friends, in less than 24 hours, I'm back in Penang again! Yes.. it is that crazy. Kitt-y and friends planned to go Penang on the same day I told him that I'll be going Penang with my sis and her friends. And the first day of journey was very similar. Started the journey 8am in the morning. Reached Ipoh around 10am and had breakfast at the same place, eating the same thing with different people. Haha. After that, continued our journey and reached Penang around 2pm. Met up with Cass and Wendy at Tesco and went to Cass's new house. We'll be staying with her for 3 days and 2 nights. Hehe. Introduced to Alvin who was super nice but being laughed at by other people. I joindayed in at first but felt really bad. Ended up keeping quiet when they joke about him. Maybe because I have a friend like him that I enjoyed very much being friends with. Suddenly, I missed him. Coincidently, my friend is from Penang too. Hehe.

Aihh... not much photo was taken because I left the memory card of my camera on my laptop. Took a few using my hp which was ultra slow.

Anyway, went for dinner at this beach side foodcourt. Oh, I forgot to mention that while we're in Penang, it rained... every... single... day!!! OMG!!! Although I enjoy rain, but not this much. The food at this foodcourt was okay. Edible. Hehe. Had a few interesting food that night that were not usually found in other foodcourts.

After that, we went to a cafe which I suddenly forgot it's name for drinks. Played truth or dare that night. Amazed by RenYi's playfullness. Haha. After that, we went for supper. Tried Penang's Hokkien mee which is similar to curry or prawn mee in KL. Tried the one just opposite Him Heang (a place that sell biscuit).


I ate only very small portion because I was too full and very tired that night. Went home and slept like a pig till the next morning.

Woke up early in the morning for dim sum at the same place again. Hehe. After dim sum, we went to buy biscuits at Him Heang. Since it was still raining, we went to Gurney Plaza for sing k session. Haha. Cass's voice was really really good. Hehe.

After that, we went to War Musuem. Kitt-y's favourite since he loves anything related to war.

This place really freaks me out. It looks really dark and scary. Some of the places have tools for torturing the soldiers captured. There were a few barracks of the soldiers. Torturing chamber. And so on. I dare not take photograph because I was too busy either covering my eyes or walking really fast. Haha.

After that, we went home and bathe. At night, we went for dinner at a normal restaurant but the food was quite good. Maybe everyone were very hungry at that time. After that, we went to a bistro at the seaside. We found a place to sit. Half of us went to the toilet while me, RenYi and Chai settled down. 2 minutes later, it started to rain. OMG!! Really suay. As we were leaving, I bumped into Fabian. Haha. I knew that he will be in Penang as he told me earlier but I never thought of actually bumping into him there. Hehe. Anyway, after all the disappointment, we decided to buy some beer and drink it at home. After buying the beer, they bought burgers from a chinese stall nearby where Kitt-y claimed that both chicken and beef burgers were really good. I can't judge because I ate only a small portion. I'm still full leh. Hehe.

When we reached home, they just settled down at the living room and drink the beer together. I'm not a big fan of beer hence I just sit there and watched them finish everything. Maybe I'm really tired. Went to bed after that.

The next morning, woke up really late and packed our bags. Cass followed us to KL since she has nothing to do in Penang. We went to Bukit Tambun for seafood. Great disappointment because the food tasted really awful.




Looks good but don't taste good. Especially the lala. OMG! Worst lala ever.

After that, we went to Taiping because Cass needs to deliver some biscuits to her aunty and she needs to get her laptop from her house. We initially wanted to go up a hill which I forgot the name but there were no car service to send us up the hill.


There's this stretch of road where each tree is more than 100 years old. According to Cass, a lot of couples choosed to take their wedding photographs here because the scenary is really beautiful.

Next, we went to the market area for Char Kuey Teow. Hehe.


The second plate was the special one because it was served with fishballs. Haha. Tasted so-so.

After that, we headed to Ipoh for taugeh chicken with my family at Bentong or something like that. It was really good. Hahaha. Better than Lou Wong. Way better.


Went back to KL after that. That's the brief entry about my holidays. Haha. Sorry about the brief-ness cause I'm really tired. Ohh, I visited an interesting place last night. Will blog about it next entry.
