The Pink Sage Relocation

Calvin do crave for American breakfast once in a while, but one day he said he wanted The Pink Sage. I was surprised by his request because I never thought he love that place as much as I do. I Google-ed about the location again since it has been a while since my last visit. Somehow, the results showed that the place has moved to Damansara area. I thought that it is another branch, so we went to the Chulan Square anyway. We were surprised to see a mamak stall at the place where The Pink Sage was supposed to be. I recalled seeing the word Solaris Dutamas in my search result earlier and thought it was at the Solaris in Mont Kiara. So we took the route where my sis used to take when she was working in Solaris Mont Kiara. We were really lucky because we passed by the real Solaris Dutamas and it is actually not the one in Mont Kiara. It’s very near to the Sri Hartamas housing area. We managed to find the place easily as it is facing the main road.

I prefer the current place because it is more spacious, unlike the previous place where they have less than 10 tables. They have indoor sofas and tables as well as outdoor tables for smokers. It is located on the first floor of Solaris Dutamas.

IMAG0087 I ordered English Breakfast tea for myself and Calvin had iced coffee. He said that his coffee was really good. They gave us free drinking water in the cool looking bottle as well. Me like, especially after a meal of all those fat and sugar, it’s better to drink some plain water so calm the stomach down a little bit.

Calvin loved their stacked breakfast from the previous visit, so he ordered it again this time but with different sausage, bread and ham. The only thing that remained the same this time was the way the egg was cook. Sunny side up, with the yolk still raw. Hehe. I ordered pancake because I love their maple syrup very much. Besides, their pancake is really good as well. I drizzled a lot of maple syrup on my pancake and it was absolutely yummylicious :)

I have yet to try them out for lunch and dinner. From the menu, everything looks really yummy. Hehe. *hint hint to Calvin*
